Everyday after work, my legs and feet will feel swollen, Only lying down on the bed will help. I will feel the tightness in my muscles when I squat down. I'm beginning to see my pig's trotters too...
Here's my daily routine...
5.15am - Wakes up to wash up and have breakfast.
6am - Leave home for work
6.15am - Reaches school
6.15 - 7.20am - Read bible and settle unfinished work
8am onwards - Have breakfast again when there's a break.
1.30pm - Make my way home.
2pm - Have lunch or take a nap.
6pm - Wake up from nap.
6 - 9pm - Dinner with hubby
11pm - Good night!
